Level 2 is a great package that allows you to decide exactly how you will operate the company and what role you will play, if any. The provision of the documents included allows control via Power of Attorney, or you can resign the Nominee Director and appoint your own or even yourself. You can use the Bearer Shares, transfer the Registered Shares into any name you please, or use our Nominee and have security through the Declaration of Trust. |
